Ensport Limited is recruiting an Accounting Officer who will be responsible to provide support to the Accounting Team.
Main Duties:
- Daily shop reconciliation
- Monthly reconciliation - B2B, E-commerce and voucher reconciliation
- Petty cash monitoring and reconciliation
- Provide accounting and clerical support
- Ensure timely processing of accounting entries
- Assist in chasing of debtors
- Compile data, reconciliation of records and preparation of accounting reports as and when requested
- File documents, perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as may be assigned.
- Any other duties as delegated by the Leader Admin and Finance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum ACCA Level 1
- Good team player, hands on and strong interest in sports
- At least 1 year experience in an accounting department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – word and excel
- Good knowledge of accounting double entries
- Attention to details
- Well organised
- Experience in an Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Fluent (Spoken and written) in English and French
- Good communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with non-finance professionals)
- Preferably living in the North region
